central location good variety needed things smaller room limited channels business focus

The breakfast offered good variety. I found the location quite central, VERY close to transport. The room included everything i needed.

The room was smaller, JUST manageable. There were VERY limited English channels. The hotel seemed more business focused than tourist focused.

jacuzzi issue inadequate cleaning

I expected better for the price. the jacuzzi was out of service when I wanted to relax after exploring. finding this out only upon arrival was really disappointing. the room also wasn't as clean as it should have been. I noticed dust and some spots the cleaners had missed.

An OKAY stay

helpful staff quick assistance comfortable beds tiny room non-functional air conditioning missing towels

i liked the helpfulness from the staff. the staff breakfast assistance was QUICK. the hotel location was near Galleries Lafayette. the beds was super comfortable.

the room was TOO tiny for the amount paid. the air conditioning did not work those days. the front desk kept saying a technician was coming. there were no face towels.
